Join us for our BIG Community Weekend celebrations as we bring the curtain down on 200 years of train travel and the visit of the Inspiration Train.

We have lots of activities happening at Stanhope over the weekend. The highlight on Saturday will be the Stanhope Silver Band performing from 1800 until 2000 and on the Sunday there will be a teddy bears picnic from 1200 until 1400.

So come along and enjoy:

• Unlimited train rids between Stanhope and Wolsingham (see timetables below). Note that there is a late train from Stanhope to Wolsingham, including intermediate stations, leaving Stanhope at 2045 after the Stanhope Silver Band concert.

• Visit the Inspiration Train

• Craft market on Platform 2

• Platform 1 café and pizza van

• Stanhope Silver Band playing live at the station from 1800 to 2030 (this is a ticket event)
