Opportunity to Ride Behind Class 31 Locomotives

Due to a late operational change, we are pleased to announce that our services between Stanhope and Wolsingham on Wednesday 13th August will be hauled using two of our resident Class 31 locomotives '31285' and '31465'. This is a rare opportunity to ride loco hauled on our timetabled services in the comfort of our mark 3 coaches.

Trains will be running to the Purple Timetable. Tickets are available to book online at https://weardale-railway.digitickets.co.uk/tickets (by selecting 'Day Rover Tickets'), or you can buy tickets on the day!
