Enjoy a relaxing journey along the Weardale Railway in the comfort of our vintage carriages and hauled by the No: 40 Steam Locomotive.
Mum can unwind with a glass of Sparkling Wine whilst the children create a cupcake masterpiece on board the train.     Poster here

Join the Easter Bunny on board the train for craft activities, followed by an Easter Egg Hunt and Easter Bonnet Competition.  Children under the age of 12 years and wearing an Easter Bonnet travel half price.

Come along and join the Railway Bears at their annual picnic.  Entertainment, craft activities and games.  Children under 12 years who bring their bear travel half price.

Treat Dad to a leisurely ride on the train.  At Stanhope Station, view our fascinating display of vintage Miniature Steam Engines and Big Boys Toys.

Once again this major event is jointly organised by The Weardale Railway Trust, Weardale Railways CIC
